Supplier registry

We implement an integrated system for registering, managing and evaluating our suppliers, throughout our cooperation.

Integrated management system

Our Supplier registry is a single, structured and integrated system for registering, qualifying and managing our suppliers. Our aim is to secure efficient and sustainable partnerships with suppliers who provide materials and services of the highest quality to the PPC Group and its subsidiaries, in accordance with sustainable development criteria.

This is why we use advanced tools that allow an integrated approach to managing our suppliers, from their registration on the Supplier registry to their qualification and constant performance monitoring and evaluation.

Supplier registration and qualification

To become part of the supplier network of the PPC Group and its subsidiaries and to participate in tender processes, you first need to sign up to the Supplier registry and complete the qualification process.
Sign up to the Supplier registry online, and fill in your company’s details: corporate details, sector, services and products offered, contact details. It is very important that you accurately describe your sector and the services you offer. Based on this information, you will be evaluated against specific technical requirements.
We then move on to qualification. At this stage, we ask you to report or upload specific details and documents, such as:

  • General company details
  • Legal documents and compliance with PPC policies
  • Key financial and banking data
  • Compliance with health and safety issues
  • Compliance with ESG criteria
  • Technical requirements

If you are already working with us and have an active agreement, this remains in force. However, to participate in a new tender process, you need to follow the supplier registration and qualification process.

Systematic supplier performance evaluation

We follow an ongoing and transparent process for evaluating the performance of our suppliers. It starts when the agreement is signed and continues throughout the term of the cooperation. This approach allows us to:

  • Support fruitful communication.
  • Resolve issues on time.
  • Monitor compliance with sustainable development rules and criteria.

Our assessment takes under consideration specific criteria in key categories:

  1. Quality of deliverables
  2. Delivery times
  3. Communication and cooperation, willingness to respond promptly
  4. Compliance with ESG criteria
  5. Data security, wherever necessary
  6. Innovation, wherever necessary
