  • Approval of new financing from Black Sea Trade & Development Bank of €160 million with a 5-year tenor, bullet repayment and competitive interest rate to finance PPC’s capital expenditures for the upgrade, modernization and expansion of PPC group’ s distribution network. – April 2019
