In the context of continuing development and empowerment of our staff, we reward colleagues who are distinguished for their contribution and ethos by giving them the opportunity to attend an innovative specialized training programme in co-operation with Alba Graduate Business School. The Mini MBA in Energy Management is a 7-month course combining theory with applied knowledge and designed to offer participants a deep and holistic understanding of the trends and opportunities of the energy industry.

The first quarter of 2021 we counted 7,582 hours of training, 582 participants and 36 seminar rounds.
