During a meeting held on March 28, 2006, the Board of Directors of PPC S.A. has resolved that the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on May 24, 2006. During the upcoming meeting, a proposal will be made to trade its share ex dividend for the year 2005 on June 21, 2006.
