Mr. Konstantine Kyriacopoulos new President of the BoD of PPC S.A.

During a meeting held on December 8th, 2005, the PPC Board of Directors under the Presidency of its Managing Director, Mr. Dimitris Maniatakis, elected Mr. Konstantine Kyriacopoulos as a member of the Board of Directors and the new President of the Corporation, on the suggestion of the Greek State.
Mr. K. Kyriacopoulos' appointment as a President of the BoD will be entered into the agenda of the next BoD meeting, once the procedure provided for is completed before the competent Parliamentary Committee.
