The company, under the name “PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A.”, headquartered in Athens, 30 Chalkokondyli St., 10432 (hereinafter “PPC” or “Company”), has adopted the above internal reporting channels in accordance with Law 4990/2022 “Protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law” (Government Gazette 210/A/11-11-2022).
Through this notice, PPC, as an obligated entity under Law 4990/2022, provides information regarding the operation of these channels, the procedure for handling and monitoring reports, and the rights of individuals who submit a report.

The reporting party/complainant may submit a report either under their name or anonymously, using one of the above internal reporting channels.
After submitting the report, the reporting party/complainant receives an acknowledgment of receipt within seven (7) working days from the date of submission. Subsequently, the competent bodies of the Company inform them about the progress of the report and the actions taken within a reasonable period, which does not exceed three (3) months from the date of acknowledgment of receipt.
Confidentiality
Personal data and any information that directly or indirectly leads to the identification of the reporting party/complainant are kept strictly confidential and are not disclosed to any third party other than the PPC Officer and the authorized members of the Company’s staff, who are responsible for receiving and handling reports, unless the reporting party/complainant has provided their consent.
By exception, the identity of the reporting party/complainant and any other information related to the report may be disclosed only where required by law, in the context of investigations conducted by competent authorities or judicial proceedings, and only to the extent necessary to serve the purposes of Law 4990/2022 or to safeguard the defense rights of the party/complainant concerned. Such disclosure shall take place only after prior written notification to the reporting person and after granting them the right to submit written comments to the Company.
Prohibition of Retaliation
Any form of retaliation against reporting parties/complainants, their relatives or colleagues, intermediaries, and any businesses connected to them or in which they are employed, including threats and acts of reprisal, is strictly prohibited.
The Company protects individuals who, in good faith, submit a report—even anonymously—from malicious actions and retaliation, provided that at the time of reporting they had reasonable grounds to believe that the information regarding the alleged misconduct was true.
However, the Company reserves the right to take any measures it deems appropriate against an executive, employee, or partner if it is proven that they intentionally or fraudulently provided false information in the submitted report.
