PPC encourages its employees and those of its subsidiaries, its suppliers and partners, as well as any other interested party, to use the available corporate reporting channels to disclose incidents that constitute violations of the PPC Code of Conduct, corporate Policies, Regulations and procedures, or applicable legislation.
Examples of incidents that may constitute non‑compliance with the principles and values governing the Company may include, indicatively: fraud, breach of trust, corruption, bribery, conflict of interest, theft, embezzlement, forgery, breach of confidentiality and unlawful disclosure of personal data, money laundering, violation of competition law, falsification of financial statements and accounting records, breach of occupational health and safety regulations, violation of environmental legislation and supply chain rules, discriminatory treatment of employees, workplace violence and harassment, threats, extortion, insults, defamation, as well as violations of EU law provisions, as set out in Law 4990/2022 “Protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law".
