PPC S.A. announces that the Board of Directors of the Company, during its session on Thursday, December 20, 2018, has decided to appoint as of 20.12.2018:
- Mr. Dimitri Tzanninis, Member of the Board of Directors of PPC S.A., as Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for the Finance, the Support Operations, and the Strategy & Transformation Divisions.
- Mr. Gregory Kostakis as Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for the Mines, the Generation, the Supply Business Units and for the Corporate Development Division.
