Public Power Corporation (PPC) following the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders held on 14.05.2026, informs the investors’ community that PPC’s Audit Committee in the meeting held on 14.05.2026 has elected the Committee’s Chair and was formed into a Body, as follows:
- Psillaki Maria, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Audit Committee, with a term of office ending on 15.4.2028.
- Glavanis Christos - Stergios, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Audit Committee, with a term of office ending on 29.4.2027.
- Doxaki Despina, Independent Non–Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Audit Committee, with a term of office ending on 15.4.2028.
- Sinaniotou Charikleia, Independent Non–Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Audit Committee, with a term of office ending on 29.4.2027.
- Glykas Nikitas, non-Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Audit Committee, with a term of office ending on 13.5.2029.
- Marmalidou Verra, non-Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Audit Committee, with a term of office ending on 13.5.2029.
