Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC”) announces that in the context of its buyback programme for the purchase of up to 36,927,000 of its own shares, for the period from 22.01.2026 until 28.01.2026, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange, 77,204 Own Shares in total, as follows:

Following the abovementioned purchases, PPC holds an aggregate of 20,958,650 shares issued by it, which correspond to 5.6757% of the Company’s total shares.
