In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
- On August 7, 2026 Mrs. Sofia Dimtsa proceeded with the purchase of 2,280 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 49,805.46
- On August 7, 2026 Mr. Konstantinos Kodellas proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 43,860.00
- On August 7, 2026 Mr. Fotios Makryaleas proceeded with the purchase of 5,700 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 125,692.98
- On August 7, 2026 Mr. Ioannis Stefos proceeded with the purchase of 5,400 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 118,785.42
- On August 7, 2026 Mr. Stergios Tsifotoudis proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 43,320.00.
