(“PPC”) in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on 09.06.2026, Mr. Omiros Vlachos, a person who discharges managerial responsibilities within the Group, proceeded with the sale of 2,200 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 48,752.00.
