In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On May 22, 2026 Mr. Angelos Kasimis  proceeded with the sale of 7,089 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 149,050.78
• On May 25, 2026 Mr. Omiros Vlachos proceeded with the sale of 2,300 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 48,944.00.
