In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On October 2, 2026 Mr. Chαralambos Synodinos  proceeded with the purchase of 440 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 10,040.80
• On October 5, 2026 Mr. Dimitrios Dimitriadis proceeded with the purchase of 3,700 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 85,087.42
