In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 30, 2026 Mr. Aleksandar Sardjovski proceeded with the purchase of 59 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 1,380.60 and on October 1, 2026 he proceeded with the purchase of 2,055 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 47,657.52
· On October 2, 2026 Mr. Achilleas – Christos Ioakeimidis proceeded with the purchase of 350 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 7,903.00
· On October 5, 2026 Ms. Ekaterini Limoura proceeded with the purchase of 218 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 4,992.20
