In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 25, 2026 Mr. Georgios Stassis proceeded with the purchase of 6,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 138,840.00
· On September 28, 2026 Mr. Konstantinos Alexandridis proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 46,680.00 and on September 29, 2026 he proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 46,120.00
· On September 28, 2026 Mr. Angelos – Panagiotis Kasimis proceeded with the purchase of 1,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 23,500.00
· On October 1, 2026 Ms. Theano Goranitou proceeded with the purchase of 1,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 23,326.84
· On October 1, 2026 Mr. Angelos Spanos proceeded with the purchase of 3,500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 80,850.00
