In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 24, 2026 Ms. Dimitra Lempidaki proceeded with the purchase of 500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 11,560.00
· On September 25, 2026 Mr. Ioannis Geraris proceeded with the purchase of 2,181 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 49,988.52
· On September 25, 2026 Ms. Maria Kerkidou proceeded with the purchase of 1,340 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 31,409.60
· On September 25, 2026 Mr. Konstantinos Nazos proceeded with the purchase of 1,500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 34,920.00
