In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 23, 2026 Ms. Eleni Giannakopoulou proceeded with the purchase of 1,400 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 33,348.00
· On September 24, 2026 Ms. Spyridoula Katsereli proceeded with the purchase of 700 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 16,450.00
