In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 17, 2026 Ms. Ekaterini Limoura proceeded with the purchase of 805 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 19,867.40
· On September 18, 2026 Mr. Achilleas – Christos Ioakeimidis proceeded with the purchase of 1,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 25,080.00
