PPC S.A. (“PPC”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that, according to a relevant notification submitted to the Company, Mrs. Efstathia Presveia, a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, sold 7,095 PPC shares on 11 September 2026, for a total consideration of €176,239.80.
