In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 10, 2026 Mrs. Antonia Koukouritaki proceeded with the purchase of 800 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 19,872.00
· On September 11, 2026 Mrs. Efstathia Presveia proceeded with the purchase of 800 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 19,872.00
