In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
· On September 3, 2026 Mr. Angelos – Panagiotis Kasimis proceeded with the purchase of 4,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 96,200.00
· On September 4, 2026 Mr. Andreas Fysakis proceeded with the sale of 1,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 24,340.00
