PPC S.A. (“PPC”) in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on 18.08.2026, Ms. Alexandra Papageorgiou, a person who discharges managerial responsibilities within the Group, proceeded with the purchase of 2,270 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 49,849.20.
