(“PPC”) in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on 19.08.2026, Mr. Achilleas – Christos Ioakeimidis, a person who discharges managerial responsibilities within the Group, proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 43,480.00.
