In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On August 13, 2026 Ms. Maria Lamprinou  proceeded with the purchase of 1,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 21,900.00 and on August 14, 2026 proceeded with the purchase of 1,200 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 26,064.00
• On August 17, 2026 Mr. Konstantinos Natsis proceeded with the purchase of 4,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 87,372.58
