Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC”) announces that in the context of its buyback programme for the purchase of up to 36,927,000 of its own shares, for the period from 11.12.2025 until 17.12.2025, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange, 83,741 Own Shares in total, as follows:

Following the abovementioned purchases, PPC holds an aggregate of 20,552,276 shares issued by it, which correspond to 5.5657 % of the Company’s total shares.
