(“PPC”) in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on 01.12.2025, Mr. Achilleas Ioakeimidis, a person who discharges managerial responsibilities within the Group, proceeded with the sale of 350 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 6,111.00.
