In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
- On September 26, 2025, Ms. Sofia Dimtsa proceeded with the purchase of 3,546 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 49,627.41
- On September 29, 2025 Mr. Achilleas Ioakeimidis proceeded with the purchase of 3,650 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 51,390.54 as well as with the sale of 1,350 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 19,008.00
- On September 30, 2025 Mr. Dimitrios Dimitriadis proceeded with the purchase of 2,990 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 41,848.34
- On September 30, 2025 Mr. Georgios Stassis proceeded with the purchase of 10,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 140,212.00.
