In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
- On September 25, 2025, Ms. Vassiliki Karagiannaki proceeded with the purchase of 700 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 9,954.00
- On September 29, 2025 Mr. Ioannis Geraris proceeded with the purchase of 4,688 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 66,100.80
- On September 29, 2025 Mr. Christos Keramiotis proceeded with the purchase of 2,155 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 30,126.90
- On September 30, 2025, Mr. Konstantinos Alexandridis proceeded with the purchase of 5,300 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 74,146.20
- On September 30, 2025 Mr. Konstantinos Nazos proceeded with the purchase of 2,200 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 30,756.00.
