In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, as mentioned below, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
- On September 24, 2025, Mr. Anargyros Economou proceeded with the purchase of 6,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 85,725.71
- On September 25, 2025 Ms. Spyridoula Katsereli proceeded with the purchase of 2,500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 35,250.00
- On September 25, 2025, Ms. Antonia Koukouritaki proceeded with the purchase of 750 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 10,605.00
- On September 25, 2025 Mr. Charalampos Synodinos proceeded with the purchase of 1,735 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 24,793.15.
