Why should I consider StaffSmart® for my institution?

StaffSmart® is the most widely used staffing model, in use at over 23,000 bank branches. It has modules designed for bank branches, call centers, and bank office environments. It has a proven record of ease of implementation, ease of use, and effectiveness in predicting demand and scheduling the right number of staff.

What is the relationship between Peak Performance and Demos Solutions?

Peak Performance Consulting Group® is a preferred provider of StaffSmart® and StaffSmart® Enterprise productivity solutions from Demos Solutions.


Demos chose us as a partner because of our expertise in retail banking and bank management. Together we can provide the right solutions to enhance your productivity, sales performance and customer service.

Does Peak Performance offer the same StaffSmart® and StaffSmart® Enterprise products as Demos Solutions?

Yes – the products are the same, but Peak also offers benefits and services such as distribution analysis, consulting, and other services that bring added value to our clients, and will make your StaffSmart® implementation more effective.

Is it more expensive to obtain StaffSmart® or StaffSmart® Enterprise through Peak?

No – licensing and support is the same, and will be provided by Demos. Peak provides training, model building, time standard development, etc. and may provide certain other value added services that may not be offered directly by Demos.
